Q. Can I bring alcohol on board or is alcohol served?

A. Hammond Bay River Cruises enforces a no alcohol policy. Therefore alcohol is not permitted on board or around the dock area.

Q. What should I bring with me?
A. There is comfortable seating inside should it rain or become windy. The seating at the rear of the vessel is undercover. However we recommend bringing a hat and sunscreen and possibly a light jacket. Also don't forget your camera.

Q. Is there a washroom on board?

A. Yes, there is a washroom with a flush toilet located in the main cabin.

Q. Is smoking permitted on board?

A. Yes, in the outside areas.

Q. Where do we park?

A. There is plenty of free parking at our private dock.

Q. How close to departure should we arrive?

A. Fifteen minutes prior to departure time is adequate.

Q. How far ahead do we need to book a cruise?

A. If you have a preferred day, please call for availability. We can depart anytime throughout the day.

Q. How close to the cruise date can I cancel before I lose my deposit?

A. You can cancel your booking up to week before your scheduled departure date. A cancelation less than 7 days before your cruise day will result in a loss of your deposit

Q.  Should U.S citizens bring identification?

A. Yes, to re-enter the United States.

Q. Does the boat have life saving equipment?

A. Yes. There are life jackets for each person and a 45 person inflatable platform.

Q. Is the cruise narrated?

A. Yes, the narration includes points of interest, local history and information on passing ships.
